It was my vision to become an excellent chef that will be well known in the hospitality industry internationaly as a Chef that is able to set up high standard of hospitality operation and to upgrade Malaysian Cuisine to a new height. As a stepping stone, I had travel around the globe to upgrade my knowledge and skill and to learn other countries’ custom and cuisine.
